Dale Nabors is a Tampa Real estate Agent with a special niche that sets him apart from the rest of the real estate agents in the Tampa Bay area.  Dale is targeting the gay community. When Dale first came to Group 5 we weren't sure if there was a market for him.

The first task was to research his main keywords to see if his niche was being searched for in the Tampa area. Sure enough, there was a market for Dale. Turns out lots of people in the area are searching for Gay Realtor Tampa.

Dale wanted a website that he could update himself and that was easier to maintain than the previous template he was working with.  After researching his market we decided that a WordPress Blog was the best possible answer for what he wanted to accomplish.

Dale's blog was started in June of 09. We picked a URL with his main keyword in it (Gay Realtor Tampa.) With in 3 weeks of setting up the WordPress blog, using the correct plugins he was on page 1 of Google & Yahoo. Dale hasn't started to place in MSN yet but MSN is only 12% of the search engine market share where as Yahoo has about 20% and Google dominates with about 70%.
